It is used in the fight against whitefly, thrips.

Amblyseius swirskii is a predatory mite from the Phytoseiidae family. It is a polyphagous species and feeds on whitefly eggs and larvae, thrips larvae, and red spiders. Predator mite feeds by sucking the sap of the target pest.

Used products

Many vegetables, ornamentals or fruits. A. swirskii is not used on tomato plants.



Before opening the bottle, hold it horizontally and shake it gently. Sprinkle evenly on the plants. If the release boxes are to be used to transfer the predator mite to the product, these boxes are hung on the plant in such a way that they do not receive direct sunlight, at the middle height of the plant.


Shipping and storage

The bottles should be kept horizontal and at 10-18 °C.

After the bottle is received, it should be released as quickly as possible. 

If necessary, the bottle can be stored horizontally for 1 day.

Transport and storage should be carried out in the cold chain.

It should be kept away from direct sunlight.
